My family bought a very expensive couch there 2 months ago, something we had waited for and were very excited to buy. We have had THE MOST miserable and awful experience ever! From start to finish the whole thing has been a nightmare. We've recieve horrible customer service from everyone we've had to talk to on the phone, they are rude, unhelpful, and uncaring. I am sorry we ever bought this couch there, and I am sorry that when I need future repairs I will have to contact Macy's because my warranty is through them. (the last repair man they sent was over an hour late, when I asked "why?" he said he didn't want to walk out to the truck and call) I will never do business with them again! I DO NOT recomend them to anyone! AND TO THIS DAY I HAVE STILL NOT RECIEVED THE WHOLE COUCH (i have 2 out of the 3 pieces)!! They DO NOT deliver when they say they are going to, and the worst part, there's not a thing you can do about it! You can just sit and wait, and hope this whole experience will be over soon...

i purchased a $115 face cream to find out later that it just didn't work for me. they wouldn't even let me return it or exchange it!
