I went to ASD show and saw sheets in person with another colleage .The sheets we bought at show was not the ones we recieved and I called to complain but no one cared. I called my sales rep. and she would not even return my phone calls. I hope that this stops someone from being scammed like we were but they are smooth talkers and have nice products at the show...just not when you get them if you do.

I bought a sheet set from them at a jewelry event and it was okay for the price. When I called DebraAnn for more information on how to buy more, she is the most rude person I have ever spoken to. She has no intension of selling anything or dong business I guess. She answered one question about how to order and thats it..while I am about to ask about pricing even before I complete my sentence, she says "Thanks and have a nice day" and hung up the phone. Just so rude. Ofcourse, I am not buying any from them again.

I ordered a set of sheets at the She Expo in Chattanooga, Tn on 7-17-11. I paid for them, and was told they would arrive in 2-3 weeks. I called August 23, 11, and was told they would ship out that week. Was also told I should have been told 4-6 weeks because that is how long it takes. I had a hard time reaching someone, but was persistant. Started thinking it was not a legitament Co. and I had lost my money. When they called, the gentleman said he would refund my money, if I didn't want to wait for the set to be sent. I wanted the sheets, so I waited. They arrived as I was told, and I love them. I have a very deep mattress, and there was even extra room in the sheets. It did seem they were second hand, but I never found any holes or any stains. They are very soft, and cozy. For the price, I think it was a good deal.

I purchase my Cal King sheet at the CAR convention in San Jose, CA. When I got home and wanted to wash my sheet, I noticed there were stains on my flat sheet. I came back the next day for an exchange but they were out. The lady (Debra) there took them back and ordered me a new set and said they would arrive 4-6 wks. My new set came within 2-3 weeks and I opened it to inspect for any stains. My disappointment, the flat sheet had a small noticeable hole in it! I called Debra on the biz card and left a msg on Monday 10/10/11 with no response. I called again on Wed 10/12/11 and she picked up. She gave me another number to call for the return label to return my sheet and get a new one. I asked if these sheets are supposed to be new. She said yes and that it was manufacturing problem. I left a msg at the # she gave and waiting for a response now. I am not very hopeful. They are very hard to get a hold of. I wish I hadn't purchase them!

bought sheet set at Chicago Jewelry show in June. Washed them and put them on...Unfortunately the elastic in the king set must have been too short and popped as I put them on. Called number on my receipt which was answered immediately. Gentleman on phone apologized and said he'd ship me a new sheet on Monday (call was made after shipping on Fri) and by the next Wed I had a whole new sheet set, no questions asked! Awesome customer service, and the sheets are so nice I don't want to get out of bed!

I purchased sheets from Remart on 4/3/2011 at the San Mateo Jewerly Event. They seemed honest and legit. I paid $43.80 for Cal King Sheets. I was given Eastern King sheets and did not notice until I came home. I have tried to contact and they did finally return my call only to tell me to ship them back (I would have to pay shipping cost) and they would return the correct size. I told them I did not wish to do that and for them to let me know when they would be in the area. He told me he would call me back within a few days and let me know. I have tried call so many times, left messages and he does not return my call. I am starting to wonder if this is a real business or some kind of fraud? The sheet appear to be nice but the service has not been good at all. When I try the phone number list for their business is goes directly into fax mode! The phone number on the receipt, he never answers or returns my calls.
