I agree with the company, especially since we are trying to move and they say that they are not going to accept the 30 day notice unless we come up with the prorated rent of nine days. But I disagree with the lazyness of the property managers, since our apartment complex was just taken over by sterling and the managers work to please everyone and are constanly out and work on the property our managers are great!
