Horrible customer service!!!



I recommend never to shop here. I ordered a sculpture and it was supposed to ship to me in 6-8 weeks. After 10 weeks I called the store to check on my shipment. Gina was very rude and not helpful. My sculpture got lost in the mail. I ended up getting a refund but not before she made a million excuses how they can not control UPS shipments and it wasn't her fault. Poor customer experience and I will never shop here again next time I'm in Colorado.
