This is a very serious review please take into consideration before you take anything here to be serviced.

Here is the situation: I took just the wheel off my 93cbr to these folks and paid them for new bearings and install. They said it would take 3-4 days and it took a week for the bearings they ordered to arrive. The next day I got the call the wheel was ready and picked it up, took it to the storage unit for the bike, tried to install the wheel only to find the original spacer would not fit in the new seal that came with the new bearing. I had to take the wheel that was half way on back off and drive to them again with the wheel. At this point they said the manufacturer they order their bearings from sent them the wrong seals, so they gave me my old seals back for the mean time and we popped them in right there. I drove back to the bikes storage unit and put the wheel back on and have been driving around with new bearings with old seals for a month while waiting for the new ones to arrive. Today (a month later) I get the call the new seals are in and they want to charge me an hour labor to bring the bike in and have them put the correct seals in. If I go through the effort A THIRD TIME! of taking my wheel off driving it to them and putting it back on myself then they wont charge me. But they will not correct their mistake for free if I drive the bike to them. I understand it is going to take them 30 extra minutes to take the wheel off and put back on, however this is something they should be willing to do since I paid to have the correct ones put it over a month ago. I spoke directly to one of the owners, Mary, and she is unwilling to take responsibility for the multiple inconveniences to me and provide any sort of customer service you would expect in a situation like this.
