I have used this facility for most of what they are capable of. As a property management company, they provide an important service to me as they ship back all my guest lost items. I have a mailbox, and have used their printing services. The staff is knowledgeable, fast, friendly and very focused on their customers.

Shipping a computer out to Breck, and spent about a hundred bucks in shipping. Rather than having my expensive parcel schlepped up Baldy Mtn, I requested to have the package held at the UPS store, which is obviously already on a delivery route. Somehow, picking up the package at the store costs me an extra $20. I'm okay with the $5-10 fee that most UPS stores charge for pick up services, but this outrageous. I will never ship through this store again.
