Nice place, horrible staff... They signed for a $350.00 package of camera equipment without my permission, then promptly lost or stole it. Then, they treat me like a burden and nuisance as I have been trying to find my package. This has happened to many residents during my stay alone... The staff is not only disinterested in helping fix a situation that is their responsibility, they actually treat residents as if they are in the wrong when trying to obtain their mail... The staff would rather play on Facebook and Twitter than perform the basic functions of their job... MANAGEMENT - PLEASE HELP!
