We were to stay at River Ridge Campground for 2 nites (6/19 and 6/20) because the reviews were very good. But, we had to leave because of no phone service (ATT) and poor wifi. Our teenage boys were home and if something happened, they could not reach us. What was the most disappointing was the attitude of the owner. When I told him we would have liked to stay, but were leaving because of no phone service, he just raised his hands and said "I can't control the phone service." I asked if we could have a night's money returned and he said no. This is no way to have a customer return. I understand their policy, but we didn't leave because we wanted to, we did so out of necessity.
