Lived here for about 7 months. Worst mistake of my life. Kicked out because 8 months pregnant, its ran by board members who cant read or count (DONNA SANSON AND VICKY SHATTO). Discriminated against by Donna Sanson and Vicky Shatto, 2 board members (JEN HANEY AND DEBBIE FLINT) stole my dog then after I got rid of my dog got a violation because of my dog which I no longer have, had board members walk in my house using profanities in front of my 3 year old daughter. Was put down and called worthless and an idiot at board meeting. Very unfair treatment to anyone who isnt friends with the board members. Also was not told about the bedbug infestation and roach infestation in more than one building of the complex and got overrun by both. No matter how I kept up on cleanliness of my apt the roaches were everywhere and since the first day I started seeing the roaches I informed managment and the president (VICKY SHATTO) of the complex who has still not to this day done a dam thing about trying to exterminate the complex. Actually they let one tenant use the bug spray and no one else has got their hands on it even though this guys building was barely infested. Also they supposedly bought "new" smoke detectors however when installed I noticed they are over 2 years expired. Will never recommend nor live in these filthy unsafe/unhealthy apartments again. Also former manager was fired with a mispelled letter and the punctuation was that of a 6 year old, the day after she informed the president she had cancer. They also illegally allow felons to live in the complex and get high on air duster and egged mine and the managers vehicle and give them all kinds of special treatment including letting them keep their giant dog although i was forced to get rid of mine wich was a very small dog. Not a good place for children especially with all the drug activity that the board members know about and are involved in. The board members have a huge problem with harassment as well and I am not the only victim of all this. There are several other people who have been through the stress that all of the board members put on the tenants.
