I experienced a transmission failure in a 2013 Ford Fusion Energi at 90k miles and was told by Pioneer Ford I needed to replace the transmission (at a cost of ~$10k). They also introduced me to a salesman who could sell me a new vehicle and offered me virtually nothing (a couple thousand dollars) in trade.



Turned out the transmission was warrantied to 100k miles but Pioneer somehow "missed" that. As a result, I traded the car at a huge loss at a different dealership before I learned there was no reason to since the repair was warrantied. I'm completely convinced this "miss" on comprehending the warranty was intentional and it was an attempt to sell me a car (probably at an inflated price) then have my Fusion fixed under Ford's warranty so Pioneer could then sell it at a huge profit to them.



This dealership has accepted no responsibility for what they have done and IMO this is a business without integrity and deserves absolutely no business from any anyone.

I am always impressed with the level of service I receive from Pioneer. I take all of my vehicles there for maintenance. The staff is always professional and courteous. The prices are reasonable. My car is always returned freshly washed, regardless of what service is performed. I love these guys.....

This is 1/29/2014, yesterday, the owner of Pioneer Ford, Bob, happened to be in the dealership when I called into the dealership. This was the day the state of Georgia was snowed in and a state of emergency was declared in the State of Georgia. My wife had been coming home from Rome, and as she tired to ride on the ice, she reached near the dealership before driving into a ditch, in freezing temperatures. After calling a wrecker service, and being told it would be three hours, I remembered my wife telling me she was near the dealership and I called Bob. I had given him the wrong direction, and called back and he had already left to see about my wife. I want everyone to know that we have bought 3 cars from this dealership, but you really don't know where you stand until you have a real problem, and when I needed someone very badly, Bob dropped whatever he was doing and went to pick up my wife. This will never be forgotten and should show anyone who is looking for a car or truck, you can't go wrong with a dealer who is willing to leave his business, in the freezing cold, to pick someone in trouble. I would recommend this dealer to anyone I know and pray that all who read this realize this is a real story and it is shared through deep appreciation for Bob personally and for Ford for bring folks like him to town. God bless this man and his business.
