So lightening wipped out my video card they charged me 3oo fo diagnos and fix. then got my compter home and found my compter ran wors than when I took it to them. My mother board had also been affected. So the sold me a new mother board and new f drive. My old f drive I had them put the old one in a external case. At this point I am in to them $1000 I also brought my other 2 computers to them to have them reinstall windows due to viruses. I paid about 300 for both. Got my computer home and to my surprise every thing I had on my f drive was completly gone, pictures, videos bout a terabit of info. along with mycompany billing, my payment receipts for my property, along with all the pics for the 5 to 10 web sites I built. So I tryed to do the calm thing brought it back and they tried to retrieve the data in house. And could not. They said they would send it out and they were actually having the same problem with another client(red flag).about 3 weeks later they said the price to retrieve my data would be minimum $1500 upfront. So at this point I did not have the money for that. I thought for sure the right thing would be the owner would say it was our fault and we will pay it. But no nothing like that. I think this happens all the time and they make money from it. I have been depressed and very saddened every time I sit at my computer. NO one should have to go through this ever again. They should not be in business. You just don't treat people this way.

Needed a new power supply for my computer. David & Wes were very helpful in accessing the right kind for my system and checking it out to make sure it worked. I am a new loyal customer.

I had some problems configuring my system when I upgraded some hardware, so I looked up to find a place to help me. Since i'm new to the area I looked up in the yellow pages and found A-1. Being the skeptic I tried to find some dirt from Better Buisness Bureau or any complaints and didnt find anything with A-1,so I gave them a try. Dustin at A-1 was very helpful and kept in good communication with me while he worked on my system. The prices were very fair a flat fee which I liked. It just took a few days and they got the job done right. I would definately recommend them! *snaps for A-1* !!!
