Don't even think about it. I did the mistake of moving into a unit that the entire bathroom was gutted. They told me it would be done before I moved in. A week after I moved in it was put back together. I had dust, chalk and debris all over my clothes, furniture, and carpet. Not to mention the bathroom is still not put back together correctly. I was told I was getting a rent credit and I got a whole 40 dollars taken off. The landlord stopped paying the payments on the coin operated washer and dryers so they were repossessed. The landlord filled both pools and took out the gym. The tenants have to pay water, and sewer. Still haven't found the meter where they monitor the usage. The manager is very nosy, drama filled and mean mugs my friends when they come over. What else can I say. Oh yeah the road noise is awful, the noise from the neighbors stomping at all hours. Creepy people going through the dumpster at 1am. You cant take a bath without flooding the person bellow you. Parking for visitors is like a block away. Over all bad experience. My lease is up soon so cannot wait to get the hell out of here.
