We had three separate occasion speaking with this business about unlocking our safe. We kept being told it would take $75 to open it. That would include drilling the safe lock, but did explain that it would ruin fire safety on the safe. OK... So, I asked what the second option was. The owner, Mike, said manipulation, but would save the fire safety. He said his guy was very experienced and could get it open. So, they arrive and an hour later, the guy couldn't do it!!!! (Are you kidding me!) So, the manipulation guy tells me he can't do it,BUT that the $250 includes the drilling. Then Mike the owner says "NO! It's $250 for him to unsuccessfully manipulate the safe, $100 to drill, and $75 to drive his truck to our house!" NEVER NEVER NEVER use these guys. Mike wont give you a straight answer with eye contact, no details even if you ask a TON of questions and he's going to take you for a ride with your money! Very unreliable!!!!!!

Very professional service. These guys know what they are doing. I have used them a number of times. Once to rekey my house, and they made it so all locks were on ONE key! They let my wife into her car when she locked the keys inside and they arrived on time and charged the price quoted.
