I can't even begin to express how thankful I was for the service provided to me by B&B Auto. They really took a stressful situation and put my mind right at ease. The mechanics there are very knowledgeable and honest. And their prices are very affordable. I'm even passing out their cards to all my friends and family.

I take my vehicle here whenever I need service on it. The mechanics are very friendly and helpful and the facility is excellent.

These guys were super helpful in making sure I understood everything and they gave me a great deal. The work was done quickly and my car's been running fantastic ever since.

Took my vehicle in for a noise I thought my tire was making. Found out it was a serious safety issue and they repaired it and got me back on the road!

My car needed some work done and I had an estimate from someone else, but I took it in to B&B. They said they might be able to do it for less, but wouldn't know until they got it apart. They saved me $800 and the car is great!

While my husband was stationed as a Corpsman with the Marines in Irag our car broke down. I had it towed to B&B they charged me for repairs. The next day the car did the same thing. After three return trips and over a thousand dollars in repair bills, my six month old and I walked every where until my husband returned from combat duty. I felt so ashamed that we had spent so much money and still had no repair work done. They did not seem too worried about getting any thing corrected. I thought they were evil people.

They are not reasonably priced and their knowledge level is sub-par. I think they can fix easy things, but don't let it get too complex. Anything above an oil change I would be leery of.

My husband and I have used B & B for several years, and have recomended it to many of our friends and family. They were recomended to us by a friend that knew them when they started thier business on Kitsap way. Their knowledge and expertise have kept our family cars on the road, and there customer service have made us lifetime customers.

I went there based on the other reviewer. Big mistake. I was overcharged at least $50 on labor compared to other shops in the area, and they tried to sell me parts and work that I didn't need. It took double the time it should have to get my vehicle back because even though I made the appt ahead of time and gave them the make/model year, they didn't bother to order the parts until they actually had them off my car. Thank goodness I got a second opinion or I'd have been out even more money. Look at the reviews on other sites, they are all poor as well, and I wish I'd seen them before instead of after I went there. ###I won't be back and wouldn't send my friends there! Be very wary!
