If you really love your loved ones, DO NOT send them to this place. When we would come to visit, I would have to bathe my mom and change her 10lb depends. Clean her up and put ointment on her so called diaper rash from sitting in feces and urine.My mom was really suffering there and it showed with her behavior and attitude, and personal hygiene. She would sit alone for hours without being checked on and was told she would be on a two hour watched and that never happened. When she fell out of bed it was the best thing to happen to her. The Dr. at the emergency would not send her back because her hygeine was so bad. This place will mkae alot of promises and do not deliver. Do not be fooled by there so called kindness. The staff would rather text on their phones and sit behind a desk that check on the residents and do there job. They really don't care about the residents, just a paycheck.When you walk around you can smell the residents who are sitting in urine soaked depends and who
