I had to wait for the people before me to move out and they moved me in right away. Moving out nightmare!

No cleaning or repairs done. I lived there for two years and no maintenance. When I gave my 30 day notice I was told that I HAD to let people come in at any time with little notice to view my apartment. I let them come in while I was away to do some remodeling and they stole my sons video games. I cleaned the apartment BETTER than it was when I moved in and was charged with preexisting damages. Forget about getting any deposit back!
