Run! Had to buy a new wedding gown because they did not have the gown ready. Told they would fix it that night and to come back tomorrow. Went back and they were closed. Why require a phone number, they don't use it. Went to Benitas Formal wear and bought new gown and they had it altered and pressed by the next morning at noon, which was the day of the wedding.

Judy's is the Greatest Alterations in any Area. Went to Judy's after two very bad alterations at Ultra Cleaners in Silverdale. Judy's fixed them and made them look like NEW; PLUS the price was MUCH lower. Loved the friendly service.

I brought my long prom dress to Judy to be hemmed. We called multiple times to check on the status of my dress as she kept it for a month. I finally got the dress back two days before the dance and she had cut way too much fabric off my dress and my entire ankles and shoes showed. I took it back to tell her I was unhappy and that she needed to fix it, so she put the piece she cut back on the dress and told me it would look like it was layered. Also, as she was telling us she keeps every piece she cuts off, she found my dress piece in the garbage with gum stuck to it. So not only did she ruin my senior prom , but I had to purchase another dress 1 day before the dance and never got to wear my original one that I paid a lot of money for. I would not recommend anyone go here.

I brought a large amount of pants in for hemming. When I picked them up I asked if they were sure that all were there. "Yes" and "Absolutely" were the resounding replies. However, after some time as I had many items returned that day, I realized that one pair of pants was missing. I called and was assured that they had my pants. When I picked them up I said that they didn't look like the pants I left there and didn't match the jacket. Believing them, they were absolutely sure, I took the pants home. Too busy to double check, I set them down to return to the next day. But the next day I received a phone call, they'd given me someone else's pants. Then where were mine? They'd lost them. The owner told me that her lawyer told her that she couldn't make good by me by replacing a pair of pants that matched the coat. She told me that she'd have to go shopping to try and find a pair of pants to match but this would take some time. She asked me to bring my jacket in. It's lost now

My dress fit perfectly, and you could not tell it had ever been altered! I was more than satisfied with the service as well. Would recomend to anyone!
