All I needed was to replace my boiler circulation pump. I would rather support local business so I gave them a call. Keep in mind I've used them before to buy parts but mostly plumbing. I spoke with Ole and he said they stocked pumps but wouldn't sell to my because I wasn't a licensed heating contractor. Really?? I was willing to pay more locally yet he wouldn't even talk to me. As far as I'm concerned they have lost all my business and I won't recommend them to anyone else either. I'm an electrical engineer and pretty sure I can handle changing a pump. Thanks Ole for losing my business!!
