Wwill not stand up for you in court has caused me great anguish because of non support I am 100 Vietnam veteran and was represented by him and it still cost me over 15,000 and I've been stuck free for bad representation for over 2 years

I'm in the process of firing Kent Bratt! I have tried calling him and he will not return my calls. I also need my files from him. He has no ethnics when it comes to doing his job.



Kent Bratt was hired to probate my father's estate in 2006. There were three heirs. It is now 2013 and the estate still hasn't been finalized. The youngest has since passed away. She wanted nothing from the estate. The eldest stole about $60,000 in cash from the estate. The estate is only worth about $85,000. I am the middle and am the executor. I moved into the property in 2010. There were several years in which no taxes had been paid-I've been paying them. I had to also pay to make the house livable. I have been stuck. I have made so many calls to Kent Bratt, I lost track of how many. He has not contacted me at all, not even my calls. He darelected his duties. He is useless, and I would not recommend him to any one. He has no ethnics.
