DJ Dougherty sold me my first Outback seventeen years ago and he is the reason I purchased another new Outback a few weeks ago from Peninsula Subaru. He is fair and listened to what I wanted. He made the whole process painless. I also love that they are still doing free oil changes for life.

This was the first enjoyable experience I've ever had buying a car. DJ Dougherty was very knowledgable, pleasant, and he didn't make me fish for his bottom line. I got a great car for a great deal and free oil changes for life!

Jonathan Bowers provided excellent service and information without any pressure to buy. I very much appreciated not being strong armed in deciding to purchase my vehicle. I researched several sites (such as Edmunds and TrueCar) to get an idea of what price would be too high, fair, or really good. My ultimate price paid was well below the regional average and what was considered a very good price.

I recently purchased a 2016 Forester and had a great experience with Peninsula Subaru. Received bids from 3 other Subaru dealers and Peninsula was the only one that found the exact car I wanted--and it was also the best price! Free oil changes for life is also a nice perk. The sales tax also is lower in Kitsap than King County. The sales people were helpful, but not over eager. And, they did a good job of explaining the navigation system and other computer-related items in the car.

Horrible experience. Very impersonal service, many, many messages left (even in person!)/voice mails/e-mails/online requests and questions all left unanswered and ignored. Truly feel abandoned and forgotten when I'm not at the dealership. Actually, I felt the same while I was there. I actually bought a car there, but have REGRETS now. Could have done without all this stress and despair.

I have had a wonderful experience with Peninsula Subaru since I bought my first one in 2010. The sales staff is honest, helpful and they take their time with you. The service staff is great, they are helpful and kind. They give you a loaner while they do the work. Free lifetime oil changes. It is a great place to buy a great car.
