Great selection of bikes, parts, and apparel. All the employees I've dealt with have been knowledgable and very nice. The service dept kept me informed of the status of my repairs and were quick to get my bike back to me.

The staff are knowledgabe and helpful. I have always had great shopping experiences. I reccommend them completely. They work on all brands. Mike Velasco and the Dyno are awesome!

My experience at The Brothers has been great. A recent example of the great service they provide; I had my front tire and tube replaced and was riding home when the tire went flat. I called them and even though it was late, they immediately sent someone out to pick up my motorcycle so they would have it repaired the next day. The next day they came and picked me up from my home so I could ride my newly repaired bike back home and even offered to lower my bill due to the inconvenience it caused me due to my work commute to Seattle. This is great customer service and I would recommend The Brothers to anyone because this is how they treat all of their customers. Thanks again to the team for providing great customer service care whether it is for service, parts or getting someone into a new bike. Andrew

I wanted to give some props to Richard B at The Brothers for hooking me up on my sportbike. I haven't ridden much and needed something with not a ton of power. He said the R6 would be good and i love it. having so much fun and i felt appreciated. now every time i go in there for something he remembers me and the staff he introduced me are great.i feel like i have a place to call home now and it's because richard went out of his way to make a friend not just get the quick sale!

Brothers Powersports is a crooked business with rude people who run the show. Here's the skinny. I bought a Honda scooter and a $500 Honda Protection Plan that is refundable. Powersports tacked on a Non-Refundable Maintenance Plan to the tune of $1000. With that plan I was supposed to get 10% off all parts and accessories for thirty-six months. Powersports, however, failed to honor the contract. I didn't get any discount on parts and accessories. I asked them to cancel the contract and give me at least $500 refund of the $1000 I paid. The owner said he would think it over and come up with something fair. However, the owner changed his mind. Not going to give anything back when I asked to cancel it in one month's time. This is a bad faith contract to give me 10% discount in the contract and then not honor it on things I buy that qualify. Also, Powersports charged me $120 in labor, 1.5 hours of skilled labor, to mount a trunk on the back of my little scooter. It takes 15 min
