WARNING TO THOSE WHO ORDER OR WOULD LIKE TO TRY TOMMY S PIZZA IN PORT ORCHARD AND PERHAPS ANY OF THEIR KITSAP COUNTY LOCATIONS.

I would not order from Tommy s pizza unless you can stand over them and
hope they do not mess up your order because you will be out of luck for any compensation of your time and trouble from ordering them.

I have not seen this poor of customer service in a very long time. I will not be ordering from them any more and will warn anyone who wants to try them to beware!

If I could give Tommy's of Silverdale no stars I would. Hands down the very worst customer service. We ordered a pizza at 4:30 today and it didn't arrive until 6:20! At 5:50 I called to find out where our pizza was and "Joe" informed me that one driver took the pizza and couldn't get on base, returned and when a second driver who had base access came in the pizza was sent out. I'm really confused why they never called to let us know there was an issue and give us some options. To top it all off the pizza was barely warm, dry and very salty. I tried to call back at 6:10 when the pizza still had not arrived and they would not answer the phone. I tried calling again after the pizza came and still no answer. Their website says they are open till 10pm sooo your guess is as good as mine. We will never order from these people again and I've already shared this review with a local restaurant review site.

WOW, Worst pizza I have ever had. We ordered 2. One had a pile of grease on top, the other one was sitting in grease, srsly, the box was soaked!! It looked like a joke, as if someone poured grease in the box, then set the pizza on top. We asked for 3 toppings on each pizza, yet could only see 1. Way over priced, and not worth the wait. We ordered from the Port Orchard location 375 Sedgwick Rd. I'll never eat there again,

HORRIBLE experience. We tried to order from a local pizza place instead of the the wrong thing." NO, we didn't. Never been treated that corporate chains, worst mistake ever. It took TWO HOURS for them to deliver the pizza. I'm sorry, but not what we expected when we thought to spend 30 bucks on pizza delivery instead of cooking. Anyways, they emailed me 30 minutes after the order was placed saying they were out of one of the pizza ingredients. We called and asked and they said nevermind they found it. Cool. Hour and a half later we call again and they haven't even left the store with our food!!! It showed up cold, and I was given a can of soda instead of the big bottle. We called, and they said "We're busy, and you ordered horribly before!!

Two hours for a cold mediocre pizza that costs triple what pizza hut does. DONT GO.

Pizza is OK (If you get one) Customer service SUCKS!!! Online ordering? Good frickin luck! 20% discount? I got a bridge for sale.
