Never again! Viking Fence's customer service is the absolute worst!!! We have used the company twice. After our first bad experience, we hoped it was the exception rather than the rule. And now, amidst our second bad experience (and still not done), we are shaking our heads in disgust. As noted in other reviews on other websites, they are famous for the "he'll call you right back maneuver". No one ever called us back. Period. All efforts to get this fence scheduled and installed was on our shoulders. Wow. Never again.P.S. We're still waiting...

Save your money, save your time, and save your sanity! My family highly recommends that you choose ANOTHER company for your fencing needs. The first time we used Viking Fence, our installation was delayed two weeks after the promised date. Although certainly not a big deal, we received absolutely NO phone calls telling us about this delay. After taking time off work and sitting around all day for the installers, we ended up having to call them to find out the status -- that's how we were notified about the delay. This pattern continued over the next couple weeks -- we received no phone calls; all efforts required to schedule the installation was relegated to us. Absolutely horrified at Viking Fence's lack of customer service, we spread the word with our family and friends. One year later, we decided to give Viking Fence one more shot. They were the cheapest, but the quality of their work made me understand why they were the cheapest. I paid for a cedar fence and after the 1st rainy season the staples they used to hold the fence rusted and permanently stained the fence. This happened to every board for each staple put in it. It looks like crap. For a comparison, look at the fence by home depot in Poulsbo compared to the one next door at Walmart in Poulsbo. You will easily see and recognize the difference. Good news is that you can get the Home Depot quality without the high price by shopping around. If you use Viking fence, well then, you have been warned of my experience.
