We had a great experience. Our sales person John Mclaughlin was patient and very helpful for us to find the right replacement vehicle in our budget. We never felt taken advantage of or pushed to be in something more expensive than we wanted. We will definitely recommend everyone to go see him at this dealership.

We came in for an oil change but left with a new car. We traded in two vehicles on the buyer incentive program. We had excellent service from Michael Covey and Chris Ali. Both were low pressure, very friendly and extremely knowledgable about the car. We bought our 2003 Honda at West Hills and used the service department through the 13 years we had the car.
