TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! First of all, they do their 'work' in a closed garage, so the customer cannot view them working on ones car. I don't know what the heck was going on in there, but they broke the plastic 'rest' where the rod that holds up the hood when you close the hood! They also neglected to put two screws back into the headlight housing!! I (many months earlier) installed some LED lights on the grill (for day-time running lights), and I have them connected to the battery with 'alligator clips.' When I was leaving and went to clip the one onto the negative terminal, I couldn't find it!! They had messed around with those wires/clips, and did not put them back the way I had them!! I called them out and asked, "where is the negative terminal clip? I don't see it...!" And, I wasn't going to go fishing around down under the battery and run the risk of electrocuting myself! After a few minutes they managed to get the clip wires out and they untangled them. But, they never should've been in that state in the first place!! I was there to have HID headlights installed on my car. One of the bulbs wasn't working, and Rafael told me, "it was defective..." (I did not purchase the lights at Xtreme.) Anyway, they just gave me the box back, and did not show me the defective bulb. When I got back home and looked in the box, I could see damage inside the arc of the 'bad' bulb! Why didn't they show this to me at the shop?! I called a few days later, and listed my concerns. I wasn't yelling mad or anything like that, I was just reporting to Rafael my bewilderment at the oddities that went on there.... His response was 'standard and lame!' To go back to the day of the 'work' they did: So, only one of the HID's was working, and my options were few... And, I felt "Xtremely" pressured by Rafael into making a decision as to what to do...! It was already dark out, so I could not go to an auto store to get MY choice of temporary lights; I had to choose from the (ONLY) two products they have at their shop! (Which are poor in quality!) In the end, I had to pay $108, yet I drove away from there with a DOWN GRADE in my headlights, even though I went there for an UP GRADE!!!! I recommend that everybody avoids this shop like the plague!!!! They are completely unprofessional!!!! It is a clip joint!!!!
