Loud,RUDE,Nasty

Wendy's in Brent is on a very rapid pace of going down hill fast. The employees are the most rude crew, I've every come accross in all my years of eating at Wendy's. The service is slower than slow, restrooms are nasty. It's bad when you order food and watch the persons in the back scrach their head and touch food , what is the point in those plastic gloves? I visited the drive thur and placed an order with out cheese and the guy ask if I wanted cheese after the fact that I told him no cheese. I got the bacon cheese biscut with cheese, The order was bacon biscut. Like I said it is nasty and the persons working their are loud and rude and nasty.
