Provided by YP.comI have had no problems with this studio. I have found them to be very gracious and helpful when someone has had an issue. We love Ms. Jennifer! She is an excellent Tap dance teacher! My 10 year old is very happy with this class & is now asking to take a second.

Provided by YP.comMy child was at ECPA for one year, and during our time there I can say neither my child nor I enjoyed our experience. My child was not in competition but it seemed like to me that all they cared about was their competition dancers and not there others. ECPA became so large that the owner and the teachers stopped looking at the small things and only focusing on the big things, to them. They did not give off a "warm vibe", and neither do the people that are there. When I signed my child up for dance, I thought it was going to be an experience that would be benefiting, instead it was a mess.
ECPA claims that all of their teachers are trained professional who have obtained a Bachelors Degree from a University, but instead my child never had a teacher who had a degree from any University. It made me sad to find out throughout the year that yet again my child’s teacher would need to be replaced only having been there for a few months, as the teachers frequently do not stay there long. In my experience and in my child’s, their class went through multiple teachers since each one decided to quit. I am not sure for the reasoning but if I had to guess I would say that it had to due with the un-organization and last minute changes that ECPA is offering.
I was very disappointed with my experience and so was my child. If you are looking for a studio that is organized, has consistency with teachers along with adequate training, declares a warm environment, and is well rounded, then East County Performing Arts is NOT the place to go.

Provided by YP.comSeem to focus on marketing more than dance. Had issues with billing and underqualified teachers. Try someplace else first.
Being the largest studio in the area it is inevitable that we will encounter someone who is not happy. I would like to address the comments made by “dancefamily.” Most of our marketing we do is keeping our current students happy! We value all of our families and work very hard to make them feel valued and taken care of. "Billing issues" rarely arise because we offer auto-pay for all of our families. It is very convenient and efficient. Since we offer auto-pay we don't need to charge late fees. Most importantly all of our teachers are very qualified, most with a college degrees. All of my teachers have had a long relationship with the studio and truly believe in our philosophies. It is always unfortunate when someone has something negative to say, but I know that my team strives to give exceptional customer service, dance and music training.
