The store personnel are helpful. I would have given them 5 stars but the Groomer's are pretty rude and unfriendly.

I went to Stockton Petco, where they showed me a $100 dog bed, said it was tare proof, and had a lifetime guaranty. I bought it, and it fell apart a week later! I tried to immediatlely exchange or return it at the Stockton Petco, buy they rudely refused to do so, even with my receipt. So I took the dog bed and receipt to THIS Petco too, many times. But this store also refused to exchange or refund me, claiming that i had to go back to the same store it was purchased at! So i guesx Petco thjnks thag if you purchase something from them at one of their San Diego stores, that you'd tave to travel all the way back to San Diego to do an exchange or return?!?!? No, we should be able to do so at ANY of their stores! Because these rude, greedy pin heads tried to cheat me on this product, it is now costing them $200/week in holistic dog food and other products for my many dogs, that I am now spending every week with one of their competitors instead of Petco!!! I'll never spend another penny at Petco until hell freezes over!!! Please learn from my mistake
