My family has used CareSpot several times over the last few years. Illness, sports physicals...all non-emergency things where we could have waited to see the regular doctor but it was just more convenient to not miss work and do a Saturday..Each time the experience is worse than the time before. The staff is rude and REALLY does not want to be there. They never see you anywhere near your appointment time. Twice in row, for two separate visits they sent my prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy (always fun to drive to the wrong place, wait in line, leave to return to CareSpot to them wait in line at the Pharmacy you told them to send your meds to in the first place). This place needs to clean house and hire people that appreciate having a job and like what they do.
