Cornerstone Properties is a privately owned and managed small business that seeks to provide quality, affordable, rental housing throughout the greater Nashville area. We have been proudly serving the Nashville community for over fifteen years. Currently, we have over 32 properties with a capacity of 56 units. Most of our houses are located in the East Nashville area, but stretch from the Vanderbilt University area to Percy Priest Lake. We have multiple property options with different floor plans and sizes, and we always strive to provide the best, most reliable maintenance for your residence.

Worst customer service that I've probably ever experienced. Certainly from a landlord. We've been without ac for a week now, and no one has returned our phone calls or maintenance requests. Someone finally randomly showed up on Saturday to tell us that our ac is broken (obviously), and stated that he'd be back to fix it on Monday. It is now Monday evening and the maintenance request says it's been completed and we still don't have ac and it looks like NO ONE has been here. We haven't been able to get anyone to call us back about the issue to let us know any plans to resolve. It is currently 91 degrees in Nashville and we have a dog who has been here in this heat for a week now. I am truly disappointed with the complete lack of communication and customer service from Cornerstone. It is absolutely astounding that not only have we not gotten the issue resolved, but that NO ONE has called us back until about 20 minutes ago when my boyfriend threatened bad reviews/legal action in out latest (THIRD) maintenance request.
