Kathy taught us to use the song "Staying Alive" for the right CPR rhythm, and one of our choir members really knew that song, so we got off to a fun start. I learned more in this class than any other training.

I took at CPR Plus More courses at my church. Kathy taught us CPR and first aid. I've taken courses before and hers were easily the best. They are clear, easy to understand, and have a practice dummy for everyone allowed us to get comfortable with idea of pumping on someone's chest. Kathy helped everyone relax, and everyone passed the test. She offers to stay late if someone has trouble passing, so she always gets to 100% passed. Kathy is a registered nurse who has done CPR many times, both in the hospital and even once in our church, and her real-world experience really shows. She has a classically Southern, down-home, friendly style.

I highly recommend CPR Plus More because of the personal touch. Kathy is a great instructor. She tells interesting stories and helps you relax. She explains everything clearly. Then, you get to practice on your own CPR dummy! I hope I never need to use CPR, but I feel well prepared to save a life.
