Update: Mr. Hitt, the president at Hody's, provided some of the best service to ensure my wife was happy. He sent another bouquet of flowers, at no cost, that she found outstanding! He guarantees the flowers that they sell and made sure that their customer service is outstanding. I recommend Hody, and Mr. Hitt, without reservation!
