Unless you're rich and are bringing this agency a lot of premium and a lot of policies, do not bother with this insurance agency because you will get awful customer service! I used to work at this agency so I know how they grade clients on an "A, B, C, D, Etc" system. If you have just one or two policies with them, you will always be put on the back burner but if you're an "A" client then you will be treated with respect and always helped first. I had my policies with this agency up until recently.



I called the agency Friday morning and spoke with their receptionist to cancel my policies and request that my dec pages be e-mailed to me. She said she would have Christa Price call me back. After a few hours I never received a phone call back so I called back a second time; apparently Christa had to leave the office. So I asked the receptionist, "Is there not anybody else there can help me?" She took down my name and number again and told me someone would call me back. At almost the close of business, I still did not receive a call back so I emailed Christa to she would receive my email when she returned to the office. On Monday, at around 10:30AM I called and spoke with Christa to make sure she received my email. She then proceeds to rudely tell me that she received it and she would appreciate it if I treated her staff with respect in the future. I explained myself to her and then she said she would gladly cancel my policies and hung up on me. THIS is the type of service you should expect from this agency if you ever decide to leave them or if you aren't rich. Not only that but the agent, Tim King, in my opinion is a sexist. When I worked at the agency he would have only the FEMALE employees come in early on Fridays to clean the office and only the FEMALE employees did any kind of customer service work. If you want to do business with an agency like this, then by all means, go for it, but you've been warned!
