Maniac's is a favorite in our office. It draws a lot of comparisons to a Nashville staple, McDougal's because you go to both for only one thing: chicken. If you're only going to make one thing, you'd better know what you're doing and Maniac's does.



Their breading reminds me a lot of funnel cake in the sense that it has a lighter fluffiness to it than your typical chicken tender breading, and I haven't really had anything else quite like it. Slaw or fries for a side if you're getting tenders, I am a fry fanatic so I can't really comment on the slaw. The fries are good.



Also, they have a wide variety of sauces, and this is their other big differentiator. Their custom concoctions never disappoint. My personal favorite is pairing of honey mustard and their Bang! Bang! sauce.



If you want some chicken and a laid back, friendly atmosphere, Maniac's won't disappoint.

not much of a variety on the menu but what they do serve is delicous. they have a great pecan chicken salad. not much on surroundings but they get you in and out in no time, friendly service
