Provided by YP.comfunny.. Morris manages the HOA at a community I live in. They have NEVER responded to questions or phone calls in the 2 years I have lived there. Yet they still collect the HOA dues. Just got my payment book today and if I pay after the first.. LATE FEE's...

Provided by YP.comthis is the worst company I've had the displeasure of dealing with. they constantly show a lack of compassion and the icing on the cake was just telling my family- that's a family with special needs kids no less- to BOIL water for our family of 5 to bathe in, with the the temps dropping tonight. Nevermind the reason we have no hot water is because they neglected to maintenance the water hearter in the 3 yrs we have lived here, and upon a leak being discovered and our wood floors being damaged they finally decided days after complaining to fix it. except the person created another problem and now there's no hot water. they wanted to charge us $65 to fix their mistake. We were told not having hot water to clean and bathe with was not anything they needed to bother with before the next week and to find other means of heating our water. I hate this company and their amoral policies!!! one star is generous!

Provided by YP.comThese people suck and are THIEVES! First off, they EXPECT you to take time out of work to look at a place you want to rent from them. They don't DARE show properties on weekends and after 5PM. F-you. They charge $300 fee for pets & if your pet does not cause any damage, you still do not get that back. They get to steal additional $300 from you because you have a pet AND they steal an additional $10 for having a pet. I would love to slap the person who makes all these decisions. Send that person to me so I can slap them right in the FACE! Oh, and I"m sure there will be a line! Who is it?! Where does this person live?! WE ALL want to know! Rip-off! Southern Hospitality my @$$!

Provided by YP.comMorris Property manages our condo association if you can call it management. They do not answer their phones, respond to voicemails or emails. What do they do all day besides being rude to people and avoiding their clients???? If you do manage to trick one of them into answering their phone, they just give you evasive answers to your questions. How they stay in business is beyond me. They do manage to charge exorbitant fees. I am trying to get a refund on a fee that was charged but will probably have to contact the BBB.
