This is a very convenient alternative to an emergency room visit at the co-pay price for a walk in clinic. It is staffed by ER docs, not nurse practitioners, so you really are getting the expertise. We have used them for strep tests on weekends, stitches after an accident, and a holiday bout of kidney stones.

I came here for a check up after my accident and the facility and service was great. When I walked in there was only one person in the lobby and I barely sat down to fill out my paperwork before I was called to the back to be seen by Dr. Boutrous, who was great! Also the billing guy Daniel did a great job with dealing with my insurance company and payments. I would highly recommend this place for all clinical needs if you would like to avoid a crowded lobby full of sick people, hours of waiting, and rude medical assistances and irritable doctors

My sister n law, Joanie and I went here last Saturday and were extremely pleased with the care we received. I have been a nurse for 25 years and worked within multiple specialties. The physician was extremely knowledgeable; it was comforting knowing he had over 15 years experience working as a current Emergency Room Physician in one of the local area hospitals. Joanie had been to her PCP three days prior but was told she was fine. When she didn't feel any better by Saturday, we decided to take her for an urgent care visit with me. We were both diagnosed and treated for pneumonia. I was actually told I needed to go into the hospital for additional treatment; which I did. The hospital conferred with his diagnosis and the treatment and recommendations he made. Today in follow up, as recommended by the urgent care physician, Joanie's PCP admitted he had missed her diagnosis and agreed with the diagnosis and treatment she had received. Today, Joanie and I are much better and very thankful for the excellent and compassionate level of care we received. The most memorable part was he personally called my "death is not an excuse not to come to work" boss and told him I would not be coming into work this week. Debbie H.
