Pool and Spa Depot is an absolutely wonderful place to work for and it's a complete joy to be a part of this company.

Full service store for all of your pool maintenance needs. Staff is friendly and performs a free water test on my pool water weekly.

I bought a used above ground pool online. There is no manufacturer info and no manuals. I have been to this store a few times with no idea as to what I needed. The staff and the manager were extremely patient and knowledgeable. The store was very busy as I went in on a holiday but each person who helped me was patient and kind. This is the most difficult project I have undertaken and knowing that these people are there to help has been immeasureable. Thanks so much!

I have been extremely pleased with the outdoor living furniture we purchased this summer; it's absolutely beautiful and oh so comfortable too! Customer service was fantastic as well; especially delivery and set up.

We have really enjoyed the pool ���� and hot tub ���� that we bought from Pool and Spa Depot. Very friendly staff and have helped us to open and close our pool every year.

Pool and liner installation 5 stars!! But...... pool equipment (filter, salt system), not so much. Very poor response time and inadequate repairs on warrantied equipment.

Great pool package and price and great on installation, but........... Cheap filter and cheap & inefficient salt generator. Had to be replaced soon after. Also, very slow to respond to phone inquiries and unreliable when called for servicing under warranty equipment.

Love my pool from Pool and Spa Depot! Great service and the Owner and store mgr. In Cool Springs really take care of any miscommunication or issues if they arise! I will definitely recommend to my friends and family. If you want quality, Pool and Spa Depot cool springs is the place to go!

Right now I am in the process of getting an in-ground pool & hot tub from P&S. So far everything has been great, but we haven't broken ground yet. I will continue posting as it goes.

We contracted to install an in-ground vinyl liner pool in January 2014. It is finally finished, April 2014. Our experience has been sometimes a bit frustrating, things did not go smoothly - the extreme weather, the cold and the rain, we had this Spring was a factor. It took longer than expected to complete. The FIRST concrete contractor Pool & Spa hired for our concrete deck was a joke. They made a huge mess of our deck. Peter, Pool & Spa's owner took a look and promptly dismissed the crew from our job. He had a new company come out to do an overlay to cover the shoddy work. Even after that, it still did not look good. We voiced our concerns and he agreed that it did not meet their standards. They promptly removed the messed-up concrete decking and the damaged coping & liner. They hired a new company (Nick's Concrete in Clarksville) and Nick's poured a BEAUTIFUL deck, very nicely finished. Pool & Spa installed a completely NEW liner and coping. Our new pool looks beautiful. We are so pleased with the end result!
