Do not go to this branch for p...

Do not go to this branch for personal, face to face service. You will be repeatedly told about all the other avenues of fixing your problem or answering your question that do not involve bothering the branch manager with your presence. Even when the branch manager was the person that attempted to fix your problem the previous month using those very same 'other avenues' and obviously failed causing you to return to this branch.
