Every time we've been in here it seems as though they are understaffed and over worked. We bought my children's furniture here and are way less than impressed with the quality.

In store experience was great and purchase was fast but I had to wait 2 weeks for delivery. Then on top of that I didn't receive a time window all I got was 2 minutes notice for delivery. The driver couldn't wait 20 minutes until I got there. But I was the last stop on the route at 12 noon on a Saturday.

There furniture is decent and the in store purchasing experience was good but they contract out for delivieres and that has ruined my entire experience. 4 days after moving in to a brand new place they deliver my couch put it together in the middle of the living room where I realize they gauged my wood floors in multiple places and now they are ruined and I ask them to move the couch to the wall and they refused and left. The couch is blocking a door way and I'm still in the middle of moving in I call rooms to go and they said they can't send someone to move the couch for 4 days...unacceptable!!!! Who knows how or when they will fix my wood floors.

Will never buy from again!

My fiance and I just closed on a new house. Today is Tuesday, our move in date is Friday. We ordered a kitchen table and living room furniture. We were told that our delivery date was today between 6 and 10 PM. I called the store and asked if there was a more exact time I could expect the delivery guys. Explained that we hadn't moved in yet, that the house was completely empty and we were busy boxing all our things up along with dozens of other things to take care. Sitting in an empty house for 4 hours is not exactly an effective use of our time right now. She estimated that we would be on the later end of the deliveries (closer to 10) since we were last on the list. So you could imagine my surprise when my phone rang at 7 saying they were on my doorstep. After begging them to wait for me, I explained that I was 25-30 minutes away and was in route to the house. Dispatch office called and confirmed that they would wait for me. After traffic I pulled onto my street at 7:31 only to see the delivery truck pull away, 100ft from my driveway. Tried to flag him down, chased the truck, and called the driver. Was met with an ever cheerful "Oh nah man, I already left there." When I was told "he'll wait for you" she must have forgotten the "until 7:30" part. After burning a quarter tank of gas and driving like a madman. I had to turn around and drive home accomplishing nothing. A courtesy call would have been great. Being informed of the 7:30 deadline would have been great. Driving off, knowing full well that I was on my way, is not. Referring me to a closed call center is not. Moving is stressful enough. I've never been so frustrated. I have half a mind to cancel my order. I'd rather sit on the floor then on their furniture.

I have had an excellent experi...

I have had an excellent experience with Rooms To Go so far. We purchased a white slipcover sofa a few months ago. Of course 6 weeks into owning the sofa we spilled red wine on it. The stain would not come out so they replaced the cushions and the slipcover for us. The new slipcover did not fit properly and after talking to customer service and sending them pictures of how it did not fit well, they are sending us a whole new sofa. I did not have to hassle with them at all. Based on my experience I would recommend them to anyone.
