About WCAR Established in 1962, Williamson County Association of REALTORS ( WCAR ) is the leading regional advocate and provider of information services, research and education on the real estate industry for brokers, real estate professionals and the public. With over 1, 500 members, WCAR serves the professionals and consumers in Williamson County area. Our goal is to support the healthy growth of the Middle Tennessee real estate market and help consumers make more informed real estate decisions.
