This place has gone downhill since being bought out by the Chinese as "an investment", and to my mind is the perfect illustration of what's wrong with profit-based healthcare.

The supervision of residents is almost nil, and no attempt is made to keep residents from wandering in and out of other rooms and taking things. Housekeeping is too disorganized to separate and keep track of the residents' laundry, so forget about your loved one having their own clothes and bedding after they move in. The personal care is poor, and there is not nearly enough staff - probably due to the profit-based model of "cost-cutting". They have a manager, allegedly an RN, who leaves every day at 3p.
