Woman manager, stocky with butch cut hair, was uncivil in her response to my complaint that the price for double c-burgers was not clear (a picture of one is immediately adjacent to a sign proclaiming $1 dollar meals but price was a surprise $1.39). She made me feel ignorant and embarrassed. 7/27



On the same visit, the counter help (a young thin girl) was very brisk in calling me to the counter for service, "Yeah, you, you are next, watta ya want?"

Very welcoming?



On the previous day, I ordered a Q-pounder meal with no ketchup at the drive thru window and when I got home with it discovered it was a fish sandwich...with double tartar sauce (yuck)



I once was active as talent in McD's training films in Chicago area...We helped make one film about the discrepancy between McDonald's service as depicted in commercials versus the reality experienced in the store (I think the film was titled "The Credibility Gap". That pretty well sums up my experience with the Brevard store.
