I'm sure that some people have had negative experiences at the Brevard Post Office, but all I can say is that I've been using this post office part-time since 1991 and full-time since 2007--on a regular basis--and I have never, NEVER, had anything but professional and helpful service from the staff. My mail is delivered by carriers and, over the years, they have changed. Of course there are occasional mix-ups, but--again--my experience they are friendly, professional and extremely helpful. I live 3/10 of a mile up a one-lane road from my mailbox. When the weather is rainy or snow expected and the carrier has a package that is too large to go in my box, they have always delivered it on my front door even though they are not required to do so. I detect in some of these comments a generalized attitude that is politically motivated: "if it's the guvment, I hate it." For me, I'm grateful for the dedication of postal workers.

Again carrier cannot deliver to the right container in mail house...total incompetence of our Brevard mail carriers.

i use them several times weekly and find them to be super friendly to EVERYONE...a real small town feel..i love the Brevard PO..it is a far cry from ANY city po!!!

Totally incompetent, Lame excuses why they can't do there jobs. Once again, great use of our tax dollars.

The mail lady is great. But when you go in there for help they won't do anything to help you.
