I had a flat tire on Sunday and I talked to Ed about it. He accommodated me promptly and fixed the flat within 30min. Excellent service!

The service is disappointing at best. Since I paid for "free lifetime" tire rotation and alignment each appointment has been sub standard. Even with a scheduled appointment it has taken longer than 20 minutes of face time to check my vechicle in. It has not once been ready when promised.

I dropped my truck off at 4:30 yeasterday with a pick up time of 10am today. At 9:45 I get a call saying it will be another hour. Each time this has happened my concern is met with a shoulder shrugg and "I'm sorry". To me it appears that they discourage repeat business once you have paid for "free lifetime" service.

I will be continuing with my "free" work but any future paid services will be at a more professional and reliable business.

Got a great deal today, half the cost of what the dealer quoted and super service! My van runs like new and my wife is very happy!
