It took 45 minutes just to get in the door, which I guess is out of their control, but then it took two hours to mount and balance 4 tires. The tech doing the job was completely incompetent and had to ask me the same question repeatedly. I will never come here again.

never been there too far away

This store is ok but I find the products I want are often replaced with other products (usually more expensive ones). The reps could be friendlier also but what can be expect from wally world?
