This is quite possibly the worst DD location I've ever been to. They are always out of things, very limited selection, and the small selection of donuts are often stale. I have been visiting this particular location for many years, and the quality seems to vary with changes in staff. Some, but not all, of the staff are friendly and courteous, so I want to give credit where deserved. But I have witnessed lots of behaviours from past staff which appalled me, such as horseplay, several of them hanging out by the entry and smoking, leaving an unsightly pile of cigarette butts, etc. Those employees seem to be gone at this time, however. But the one remaining constant is poor selection of donuts. I expect better from a place calling itself Dunkin Donuts. Just sayin...

DON'T GO HERE!! Horrible service. Always out of donuts, rude slow employees. Ordered a Coolatta, cashier rang me up and took my money then said she didn't have the mix to make my drink. When I asked for a refund she said she couldn't give it to me because there wasn't a manager on site. She wasn't "allowed" to call the manager either. I left with out my drink and with out my refund. 6/19/12
