ive been going to both brewster & pawling gym-mainly brewster... they have gone down hill...QUICK. the gyms are dirty & just feel grimy. the garbage is always over flowing & the cleaning bottles r always missing or broken- the TVs on the tredmill are horrible!!!-- they have some new staff members that aren't friendly & very rude always on the phone & loud- some don't know what they are talking about & seem ditzy- I do have to say though they USED to have a great friendly staff willing to do anything to meet your needs- hopefully they will can some of the bad employees & get some freiendly ones back.........BUT after this year is up. im deff. NOT RE JOINING-

Great Gym - been member over 10 years. I go to both Brewster and Pawling locations.
