I was surprise dealing with this place very unprofessional talking to me the way the owner did how awful customers make your buisness thats not the way to talk to people i woulkd never go there..

This place is the biggest rip off In Ocean County!! Wife went in for an Oil Change... the told her there were $800 in repairs that were needed which included brakes... she didnt know better and agreed.. TRUSTING THEM..
When she told me what happened I immediately went to Affordable and demanded to see the old parts... ESPECIALY since I just had the brakes done 2 weeks prior somewhere else. He attempted to show me rotors that were not even for our vehicle.,, I contacted the gaage that performed the brake job and he stated that they make a small mark on backside of rotor for Identificaction... when I checked the so called NEW Rotors.. they had the mark from previous repair!!!! Meaning... they never did a brake job and charged my wife for it!!! The owner is a scumbag who doesnt know how to talk to people! DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY! I am not the only person this happened to!
