Beacon Homes finished my modular home for me. I now pay the mortgage on it and can't live there. My Certificate of Occupancy was taken away for health reasons. Beacons Homes did not follow code in finishing my home and used improper materials in the downstairs portion of my home resulting in a severe mold condition. If you don't want your house ruined, don't use Beacon.

I wouldn't recomend Beacon Homes to my worst enemy. I saved all my life to build a house at the beach and I can't live there .. Beacon Homes did not follow code when building my home and did not use proper materials in building the downstairs portion of my home. My home developed a severe mold condition that affected my health and my Certificate of Occupancy was taken away. I still pay the mortgage on my home that I can't live in as well as paying for a place to stay while my almost 3 years of litigation with Beacon Homes continues. I am sick over the whole thing and I don't know how the owner of Beacon Homes can live with himself. If you don't want this to happen to you, don't use Beacon. My lawsuit is filed with the Ocean County Courts if you want to read about it.
