I have been a long time wash and fold service customer that spends over $1,000 per year. A week and a half ago, another customer came in and took my clothes. I patiently waited for 8 days for the other customer to return my clothes. The spoke to the owner Phil yesterday and he assured me if the clothes were not returned today, he would reimburse me the cost of the clothes. So as requested I sent him a detailed list of each missing item and the total cost. His reaction was there is no way that the amount I gave him could be correct (in other words calling me a liar) and that I would have to wait until the customer brought my clothes in. So beware that this business is unethical and does not keep their word. Please make sure you and/or your friends don't risk losing your clothes using their wash and fold service.
